Orders for stock products can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not been shipped. Once shipped, our Returns Policy applies. See our Terms and Conditions.
Orders for specials can be cancelled for a full refund within three days of purchase. Once specials are shipped they can only be returned because of faulty manufacture.
Yes a full VAT receipt is sent out with your goods and you will also receive one by email if you have provided your email address.

Made to order or bespoke products cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the item.
Most of our off the shelf and stock products can be returned within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Please look at our returns policy for more information.

£3.95 for all orders under £75 and free for all orders above.
For certain products there may be additional costs if you live in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or on one of the UK islands, we will contact you if this is the case.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, TNT or sent direct from the manufacturer to your door. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirming the dispatch method.
Should your goods arrived damaged, please contact us on 0345 365 7007 within 48 hours. We will do all we can to replace any damaged goods free of charge. Please do not sign for obviously damaged goods or make a note against a signature that goods are either 'damaged' or 'not checked'. We cannot assist if you sign for your goods and later find them to be damaged.
Most of the time this shouldn't be a problem however on rare occasions we do reserve the right to only deliver to the billing address. Please contact us if you are looking to deliver to a different address.
